i dont think there is a good course you need to test stuf yourself .self improvement is always the best

start with tryhackme website beginner path then slowly move to advanced paths etc ,if you wanna speed things up you can always get the TCM Security Academy - Practical Ethical Hacking course on udemy or Complete Ethical Hacking Bootcamp 2021 Zero to Mastery that's all good luck
