Best unblocked proxies service?

I need fast proxies that have not been raped yet. All the services I tried (including free and premium ones) gave me relatively low-quality.
Sometimes paid proxies were even slower and not responsive than free ones from proxyscrape lol.

Please don't recommend ones like RSocks as I have bad experience with their pools.
