Deleting threads that have the name "Close"

you don't like your thread anymore, you call it "close".
at the end of the month, every thread that's called "close", will be closed or archieved.
all except for scam reports etc.
The title must be "close" only.

f.e: "Crackify- close to 100 members"
will not be deleted

I've just deleted 100 "close" threads, we can do it manually, we don't really need a weekly task.
