Hide "thank you" posts in threads?

Is there a way to have a system where people can downvote a post if it is not really useful, and then after a certain number that post would not be visible to others (unless they really want to see it).  That way people can go through the thread and only read the posts that contain substance.
I know I try to go back and edit my ty posts to update if the links are still working, and sometimes add a description (to help others from wasting their time/posts), so at least I'm not entirely leaching, but apparently, that hasn't been enough.

Can we also do that with the working/nonworking threads somehow?
I see that some threads have the voted working/not working x number of times this month.  Where can you contribute to that, and why is it only for some threads?

The thing u describing here was the Rate Leaks option earlier... Where member can rate the leak is working / infected / non working.

But now that feature has been completely removed few months ago coz people hardly using that !

Cracked.to is big forum and growing at rapid rate so its hard to monitor every thread and mark them as useful or not useful..

Just visit sub sections and start checking thread... if it seems useful use it, if any issues with the content of thread just report it to Staff with Report Button. they will handle the report and take appropriate actions
