This would be awesome to own a forum like c.to or BHW.
How can I make it? Or from where can I buy a forum with existing community?

I don't know coding but I can setup a site using CMS
Your suggestion would be highly appreciated

Nowdays every skid can make a forum using phpBB, this one is running on it as well. It has auto setup so you just need a server and preferably domain too.
