I have been using Outlook for years, and now my PST file has become very large, taking up a lot of disk space. I do not want to lose any important emails or attachments. What is the best way to optimize or shrink the PST file safely?

My Outlook PST file had grown quite large, slowing down my system & quickly taking up disk space. After a lot of searching, I discovered Softaken Compress PST Software. Has anyone used it? I looked at some of its features, which I found quite useful:
