Hello guys, I want to learn how to make checkers in c++/c#. I have experience in web development and a bit of c++ but I'm trying to find a guide or something like documentation/libraries/examples, can anyone help me with some links or stuff that might help me ?

Take a look at https://cracked.ax/Forum-C-C-VB-NET  There are several links to example checkers there.  Once you have a working framework, most are all pretty much the same except for what elements you are grabbing and parameters you are pushing through.

i dont think i called myself a coder, i said i have "experience in web development" meaning i mostly do websites, but thanks anyways.
