Interesting to do an advertisement to support a hard-working forum like this

Is this forum have a feature that can send PM to each member every time there's a login 

it's like an admin posting an alert to all users but that alert is for advertisement purposes.

I wonder how much the admin charge for that and how much normal advertisement banner to do here am really interesting
