Additional Information: I made a deal with Mantez for a bank account. It took him two days to deliver it, then the first account wasn't fully verified. After that, he told me he'd open a new one. Then it took him another two or three days, and he gave me a used account with ten different cell phones registered to it. He said, "Leave it, I'll give you a new one." I asked for a refund, but he didn't respond. Last night, he told me to send his LTC address. Two hours later, he still hadn't sent the money. I asked him again, "Please send me the money now." He said it would take two or three hours. This morning, he told me again that he wasn't home and that his wallet was on his computer. He's just stalling. It can't be that it takes him so long to send the money back. It should only take two to five minutes.
