Additional Information: He did not provide the product as described in the thread. Let me explain: I received both a Payoneer and a PayPal account. The only thing I received was the Morocco ID for the Payoneer account. He lied in his thread. I have no phone access, no proxy browser, and no personal or business documents for the PayPal account. He simply used a random name, random SSN, random address, and random phone number. He admitted not creating the account himself in this screenshot: https://ibb.co/KVX2s3m. The same situation occurred with the Payoneer account, no business documents were provided. Although he promised to send them, I received nothing https://ibb.co/VW0ccfT. Bro u are really a time waster .
First of all I still don’t understand what was the issue u had with the accounts because simply I have delivered the two accounts and guided u how to use it and all was good .
After 1h u came back with completely different point and threatening me that I have to refund or you will break down my business in cracked,  you complained about :



-Phone number access :  I gave u the choice , either u change it to ur own phone number or I will provide a hushed phone number. I’ve got no reply about it .

then u said :  
-ID front and back doesn’t match :  I think u were drunk when u said it because it was clearly the same ID.

-Business documents : i told you that Im going to upload them in few moments.
but it was not a solution with you

I’ve tried as well to understand what’s the issue you have but it was clear that u just wanted to cancel the deal by anyway .

I gave you two choices , either u r serious buyer , im completing with u to solve all ur issues and serve you as u attended and provide as posted in my thread ,
else if u just want to cancel by anyway its ok for me I have other buyers who needs it.

3. I didn't randomly switch to French. Your Binance App was actually in French, and you're aware of that.

4. If you indeed sent XMR to my wallet, please provide proof by recording your Binance app and refreshing the screen.
