New Thread Removal-Message

Once a Staff Member deleted a Thread, it would be cool or helpful to see a message, stating the reason of the deletion.
Instead of of this:

Reason: Malware
Date of Deletion: 11.01.2021
Removed by: Denmark

Staff could have their own reason selection thingy like we do with reports.
Idk I just thought it'd be cool as an addition but it's not really necessary

fr tho, I've had many threads deleted/hidden or whatever and most the time the only way of knowing they're gone is when I go to find it it's nowhere to be found. I've had many program threads deleted that way.
