• The buyer received the .pdf + verified OF account
  
• The buyer is not satisfied with the quality of the guide.
  
• The photos provided by the buyer show lack of quality and attention.
  

Hence he's entitled to a partial refund of $75.

Refund him, do so within 24h.

He still not answering , and he need to give me full access to email
