Radiant scamming and lying about product. YT + Dropbox

Everything is documented in screenshots but this is a tldr:

Youtube is very old purchase i did from radiant, i had a previous dispute because of this, which was solved, we said he will do it later once my real yt subscription expires.
It expired, i messaged him about it and he still has not done anything youtube related. Now he ignores completely

Dropbox i asked him directly if it will fix my issue about not having storage, well it didnt fix anything so i wanted to try on a different account again since he offers no refunds.
After that he didnt reply or do anything. I just want a refund please something rl happened and i need the money

I will check and get back regarding the issue here as yt is done and regarding Dropbox it is stable and was done but your account has some kind of shared folders issue i believe? due to ongoing issues in my country i have been away

We havent tried several times just to clear it up , i sent yt invite and dropbox
i have just opened g.co/yourfamily and resent yt invite as i saw it wasnt accepted yet and for dropbox it was done but you selected keeping your files and team seperate hence your files showed up as full and we had to retry but i was away due to issue for past few days , rest dropbox is stable and the claim of it dropping is false

You had a yt scam report in january against you he also talked about youtube dropping constantly and was given a refund. This youtube i bought back in october 2025 and havent used one single time. The invite i just got after literally WEEKS almost MONTHS of waiting i didnt accept. Why should i accept it? You didnt deliver, didnt reply and now i want a refund. You even read my messages but ignored completely. This wasnt the first time this happened.
