Reduce Warning Level?

Hey i started using this site regularly like a week ago i noticed that my warning level is 50% so i found that i have to contribute as well. I was just trying to complete 30 posts when i noticed this. Now i try to contribute by posting some account and combolist that i grabbed myself but my posts are't showing up does it need any approval? And how can i reduce my warning level. I don't want to get banned i really like this website.
