Reporting button does not work

I have seen lots of threads with dead links and if i click to REPORT then it does not move anyway .Does it means that paid and upgraded members should only use reporting button or what .

Reporting the post doesn’t mean it will go down; they still have to review it.

If i mention that problem then it took some hours or maximum day and reporting button worked .
