I never said I am busy or smth, I called and contacted you after, they said it was cancelled. How can it prove that the hotel was cancelled? Because you dont have access to an account so its impossible to check other way than calling.

You dont have PAYMENT confirmation if you do, then show me as soon as possible. I will contact the hotel and will start a process directly with them.

Yes you did, multiple times. "I'm busy, calling later", "Tomorrow I'm calling for X, Y, Z reason" and a bunch of bullshit. At the moment I ignored, really didn't planned to reply to a scammer trying to refund the service fee. Now makes sense, not wanting to create proofs against himself.

You could EASILY record you trying to check in, some reason NEVER HAPPENED. You had the chance to record the call you did and just proved the call happened days ago, before the report being created. But no, the only thing you did was show up an email template with wrong info 

The same way that I have people that took pictures getting into the hotel, just like you can see on @BookingAkira telegram channel, why didn't you recorded you trying to check in? The phone was too much heavy? You're shy?

Hotel printed the paper completely with the right info, as the hotel had it fully.
I called the hotel on 30th July which was 6 days in advance even.
About recording calls or making video during checkin - it wasnt a requiretment from your side. As you can always contact the hotel and check if all correct (if you think I was lying)
Once again the email that I showed you, was printed by the hotel to just show that I dont have ALL IN but I have BB. Not to say smth about cancellation, booking was confirmed, they had me on the list but booking was not paid.
I am saying that in Greece booking confirmation and payment are different things as they make a payment transaction during the checkin process, they try to charge the payment details they got from the booking.com.
The only payment confirmation proof that is valid, is either a receipt, either a transaction copy from the back account. You cant provide any confirmation of payment because you dont have access.

I also sent to both mods, my personal payment confirmation that I made in Calypso hotel. When they said I have to pay for the booking and I had no other choice as to just pay for it and stay.

Its really good that you also have everything in your gallery. I added more photos and you can follow convo by checking time on every message.

I have booked dozens of hotels in my life and sometimes they charge right away, sometimes you need to pay at the property, or they charge you just a few days before your arrival. Booking confirmation literally never means payment was successful. You can create new acc, add a fake card and do a booking and it will go through for many places, especially in the middle east and countries like Greece as OP claims.

It's not an requirement to record the call when I'm dealing with normal customers, but if you're trying to scam report me, AT LEAST get some proofs in your hands, which you didn't.

Wrong, Greece works just fine. What you trying to say is about "PAY LATER" bookings. That's not the case. Every new customer received a guide on how to find available hotels, you also received, and there I said "Don't pick Pay Later hotels".
The one I purchased was fully confirmed and charged just like all my other successful bookings.

Now try booking an non pay later hotel with your $1 card. It DOESN'T WORK.

Ps. Also, not to mention - Akira used cracked accounts with cards attached to them. He didn't pay a single cent besides the account cost which is insignificant (unless he was reselling, which isn't allowed). All Hotel booking services end up scams in the end exactly because of issues like this one. Don't be a cheap fuck and refund the guy, you fucking ruined his holiday and now you are trying to scam him even further. You can easily call the hotel or send them an email and confirm if he was there and if the booking was paid via Booking.com, which I guarantee you it wasn't.\

@Liars people like this should keep DWC tag fucking forever, even if he decides to refund (which I highly doubt judging by how he treats his customer).

And again, just like I said on my last reply. The booking you're talking about is the "Pay Later", or also known as "Pay in the balcony". That's not the case, and OP got instructions on how to find non pay later hotels and get back to me. OP can confirm I even got problems with a few hotels he sent as options because of that option.

There is just a name, dates, meal that I got and an account details such as Colmobian address, colombian phone number - because you used a stolen account. It is NOT A RECEIPT BRO, its just a booking confirmation. Just a confirmation that they were waiting for me.

Once again, you have 0 proofs about payment confirmation. It all depends on a country and on a hotel. You can only check if the booking was really paid during the checkin, here 2 times it wasnt success when they tried to charge your card during the payment.
Info that hotel provided is completely correct, becuase hotel printed it in front of my eyes. And even if we go back to our convo. 02:45am I am sending you the hotel and at 02:55am you booked it
This you cant proof as well (right info or wrong) - confirmation email came to an original account email. You dont have an access to a stolen account email address
