Additional Information: I paid for the automatic renewal for life to LinkedIn for $50 and after the end of the subscription period, he said that the product was not available, and I understood that, I was talking to radiant every month or week, and I told the product that it was not available, and a year later, I decided to use another account to make sure his words were correct, and he told me in the other account, he said the product was in stock, but I told him that I wanted to get a refund. He said no and I also told him that I want to replace the product with another product at the same price, tell me that you can't because the product is six months old and all I talk about is that the product is available or not Sometimes he evades the message

1) Linked stocks keep coming and going hence the product was discontinued and removed from my website and tg permanently around a month or more ago

2) if i am to guess who this guy is as am aware he dmed me like 3hrs ago [yes he dmed me 1day ago also which i hadnt seen yet but last msg was 3hrs ago] which as i had posted in my tg that am having internet issue , i replied to him and have already told him he paid $41 not 50 & if it cannot be done tmmr he will be refunded $20.5 as he got 6months , i dont think the report was necessary as he had already been replied to and i feel this is a correct solution by porviding half refund as he got only 6months of usage but that also i have told i will try to fix tmmr

Secondly regarding the ammount , the customer paid via xbox giftcard and at the time of his purchase i had a giftcard to crypto exchanger whom i told about the buyer and stated: 

"those u will need to buy $50
as a 50usd voucher gives $41 btc and to redeem em u need to get kyc done thats why i said just send the code"

So as i received only $41 i really dont care if he bought the giftcard for $500 , i can and will only consider the amount paid to me which is $41 as he was made aware of it as i had told him to pay "do $40 via crypto" and he couldnt do crypto and did giftcard , the extra charges are not on me

Rest will check and update tmmr if linkedin can be done or he will be refunded $20.5USD
