SCAMMER ALERT - @List1

Hi guys, 

I have been scammed for 150$ by user @List1 -- he had to do Instagram BAN service for me, but its been 4 days, he failed. Neither he is replying me back for a solution. 

His trustscore, reg IP matches with 2 users, which im assuming that he already been banned and keeps creating new accounts to scam users of Cracked. I really feel something needs to be done to counter such people.

Please help me!
