in both you can look his name is in yellow color which is regular role in server and not customer role , and when i checked my db also he is not in it

unless he sends me proof of purchase which includes:- Ticket Transcript Link or File , Order Id or Your Username for people who bought before order id system is needed , PAYMENT PROOFS SUCH AS PAYPAL PAYMENT SCREENSHOT OR CRYPTO TXID ARE NOT ACCEPTED
