I manipulated my surroundings and when it was delivered my house looked different and the photo was only of my feet and front door step.
They have refused the claim saying that photographic evidence shows that it’s my house due to markings on my step. There is no markings it was raining that day so I don’t understand where there getting that from. I have e-mailed them again and again ans they are still refusing.
Is there anyway round this?
