Additional Information:

On March 24 - I transferred $200 to @List1 to ban a WhatsApp number ending in 928. @List1 said it should take 24h to 48h max on March 24.

On March 26 -  I requested an update as to when the WhatsApp number will be banned and @List1 said on March 26 "it should be banned today"

On March 28 @List1 said "They should of banned it today but its probably cause its the weekend" 

It's March 30 today (Monday) and the WhatsApp number is still active (https://ibb.co/MxfP4CRt) and @List1 is not responding to me on Telegram (https://ibb.co/4n77WGpZ) today (March 30)

Proof that the WhatsApp number is a personal number (proof: https://ibb.co/6cGKnk8B). I assumed that the WhatsApp Number is a business number; but it is 100% a personal number (https://ibb.co/6cGKnk8B)
