Additional Information: For more screenshots i will attach them if needed, He was for some days my exchanger, he always told same day exchanging but 2-3 later, then i doesnt want him more to exchange and one customer sent one day later still to his E-Mail ( Diffrent time zones ) He told that he will refund it, he didnt, and doesnt answer anymore.
Crypto address for a refund: - Just the PayPal amount refund back to customer, doesnt want that he exchange it.
