Additional Information: The seller advertises the product with full support and instructions but in no moment instructions were given, after the account got suspended in less than 7 days and still within the warranty of 30 days for any issues no solutions were given even after one month. Currently the seller doesn't answer the texts as shown in the screenshots. Since seller has 30d duration for messages some messages disappeared during the period where i waited for a solution by the seller. I want the issue solved or a refund
