Additional Information:I bought a LIFETIME upgrade for my personal Xbox account, but it stopped working after 6 months.
I reached out to him, and instead of upgrading my account like I paid for, he gave me a password to a shared account. I didn’t complain about it being a shared account because I just wanted to get it sorted.
I keep having problems with the account - either Microsoft blocking me, or he changes password. The problem is he barely responds, sometimes weeks go by and he doesn't respond until i threaten to report him, which is the only way he helps
This is the second time i open a scam report because he simply does not respond, he didn't even provide me the correct product (he gave me a shared account instead of personal 'lifetime' upgrade), i was fine with it at first but i keep having problems. If you cant provide 'lifetime' support - don't sell a 'lifetime' product.
