Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 145$ for wise account

Additional Information: So on march 20th I bought a wise account from him and he delievered it pretty quick but then when I did the 20€ top up to activate the account the account suddenly got suspended. I did do it on a new device with fresh new ip matching with the account he provided. I even asked him a couple of questions before even trying first. But anyways he offered a replacement afterwards and we both agreed that he would do the top up this time so nothing at all goes wrong. He asked me to transfer back the number and I did and he also asked for 25usdt for the top up and I told him I only can pay ltc and told him to provide ltc addy. Nothing has happened since then. I have been waiting basically 4 days for the ltc addy and on top of that even for the replacement account. Atp a refund would just be better option since I asked him on 24th and he said he would do it either on 24th or 25th 100%. But guess what nothing happened.

we had reason to believe the costumer got issue may be related to usage across multiple accounts/IPs, which needed to be checked.

+ I never refused to provide a replacement even along with suspect situation. there was simply a delay. As mentioned earlier, we don’t usually operate on weekends, which affected the timing.

I am willing to resolve this and provide a replacement, but delays don’t equal refusal or intent to scam.

He's replacement was scheduled today or Monday maximum. If we cant provide the replacement we gonna issue a refund.

1. Used a clean ip and clean device.
2. never really accused you of refusing a replacement.
3. Dont say "today or tomorrow maximum" on tg when you can't keep the word and then end up not responding.
4. When there is a delay just let me know instead of not responding. Wouldnt have made a report if you just told me that there was a delay tbh.
Also on the replacement: You still have to send the ltc addy since we both agreed on you doing the 20€ top up so we can see if the account still gets deactivated or not.
