Screenshots of Communication: Will send screen recording of telegram chat to staff, its long. 
Additional Information: I originally bought SumUP Business + Wise Business + Any Crypto Business for $650 on November 28th, was told they would be delivered 'Within a week or less' but here I am with only a useless Bybit account which was never in the deal to begin with. He couldn't do the SumUP so then tried to do Airwallex which he also couldn't do so refunded me $380 after 1 month, we both then agreed he would deliver Wise Business + Crypto Business in the same name, he said he would do Kucoin, on January 3rd he delivered a wise account that wasn't even fully verified, I had to pay $30 to Wise for them to then say the account isn't verified, oh and he delivered this Bybit account too which is no use to me. I've had to message him so many times for updates and its got to the point now were im just fed up of waiting.

This deal was made with beastmode (patched escrow) escrow and funds were relased after confirming everything is ok. Regardless if you have an issue and want to open dispute open on patched where middleman can check it.

I will confirm after their decision with relevant forum.
