Additional Information: So I was about to add some balance to my steam account but saw this guy selling a steam giftcard, why not take it when its cheaper right? We talked a bit, I sent him the money & he said he will get onto his pc and send the code right my way, well ive been waiting for over 2 hours now and he keeps ghosting me and when I asked him how much is it gonna take he only kept saying "wait a sec"
