Additional Information: Long story short, I paid him $10 on February 6 for 40 lines of Netflix FA hotmails (active Netflix accounts). After I sent the payment, he sent me a .txt file with only 28 lines, and 15 of those were hotmails with inactive Netflix accounts, so, only 13 lines actually had active Netflix accounts. Right after sending the 28 lines, he said he "was out of stock"... (meaning he sold me something he didn’t even fully have) and said he’d get more, that was 10 days ago... over the past few days, he kept telling me “I’ll send them today,” but that never happened. In the end, I asked for a $6 refund since he only delivered 13/40, he agreed and said “I’ll send it when I get home.” that was 2 days ago...
