Gave him yesterday an apple order and he failed it in 15 mins. He blamed it on a ups update the carrier made. He’s getting money for something you can do by yourself. We agreed on not saying “Did not Arrive” and the email I received said apple and carrier were investigating to locate the package. Stay away
