Stealth refunding on a mass scale

I have purchased bank accounts, and information worth $1.4k. I've have yet to place an order successfully on any website. I've tried using a vm, clean socks5, new email, aging the account, purchasing an aged account etc.

If anyone has information on how to do so, please let me know.
