It would be nice for newer users or just for people that have a life to add more information to the help section/menu, people shouldn't have to ask in shoutbox or alike just to find answers to commonly asked questions. 

Some Examples:
How do I claim a banned/inactive user's name?
How much do custom UGs/Awards cost?
How to unlock being able to post in certain sub-forums.

I'm sure there's many more but this is all my shitty brain can remember at the moment, another way of solving this issue is a FAQ
