Thank you for answering, but I have no experience nor an idea on how to do this.

simply speaking cant the 2 files in question first be merged and then run script to remove duplicates, that would be much easier

Paste the first text into EmEditor, write an unique delimiter, paste the second text, remove duplicates, go back to your delimiter and copy everything after it.

So the thing is :
I have ( 1 ) Text containing :
A
B
C
D

The other Text ( 2 ) contains those :
Z
K
C
A

I need a way to mix those text and removing the shared lines , which in this case are : A , C

If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it alot ! Thanks

Edit : Those Texts contains 1Mil Lines +

To be honest the easiest way is to use notepad++ with TextFX extension, it will sort from 0-Z and will remove duplicates/blanks
