account can be new.Country doesn't matter.mail should be given with account.
I want Bitpay account and not bybit.already wasted 1 week with a kyc professional.please be sure that you can do kyc for bitpay as it rejects most applicant's as security so good.
paying max 15$ per account but if you can take less i will give you priority.
not paying first.
either take payment after each acc.
or after handing me all acc or
we can do middle man.
