Hmm okay, do you at least know of anyway that you can get a rat or just an exe in general to run without the person having to click on it.

Who said target was using WinRAR? It might be using 7zip, Winzip, ..
You need to identify which extractor target is using and find a way to get that software to do something after extracting (execute hook), if that is not possible you need a 0-day.

Derpppp uhh change the file extension from .exe to something more harmless. That or use a dox exploit :) Do you need help spreading or....?
