The following things ur gonna read may make you angry (4 d users)
There should be a system in which/by which warnings are taken seriously by users, i dont take warnings very seriously unless i get close to 100% and get banned for 5 days autom..
I found a plugin in which users will have their rep deducted by -3, -6 or whatsover the mods who warn the user decide
It looks like this:

If in case this thing is used, rep deduction should only be done for serous warnings like the user asking for reps, rep or credit abuse etc... and not for all warnings(common 1;s)
I don't think reputation and warnings should be correlated, anyway if someone ignores a warning and they keep breaking the rules we just warn them again.
And we keep doing it until they stop breaking that rule, it's as simple as that. Removing reputation is pointless when people exchange reputation on a daily basis.

exactly, people care for reputation more than warning points, they can do everything for reputation ,
...and for them being related, as i said this should be done only for serious warnings like asking for rep etc
p.s this doesnt reset the reps but deducts it like -3....

It's because reputation is so easy to get that -3 won't really make any difference.

idk if u' be surprised, but u can give -100 also with that rep warning thing
reps has nothing to do with general violations... so cutting rep is not good
