I am looking to buy an OpenAI Platform (API) developer account.
Requirements:
- Tier Status: Must be at least Tier 1 (or higher) in the Usage / Rate Limits section.
- Account History: Must be clean, with no previous API bans, warnings, or outstanding unpaid balances.
- Access: Full access is required (ability to change the email/password, or the account must be provided with the original email).
