I have almost 100$ in my paypal and wanted to buy premium, i looked at the payment options and saw that there is only cryptocurrency what is the reasoning behind this and can this be changed?

You can "use" paypal, you just have to buy Amazon .de giftcards. We avoid using paypal due to privacy and other reasons
