I lost my deposited fund when I tried to withdraw. I lost my few hundred thousand in Bitcoin. I was using it for like 6 months but I had no issues.
I reported to their support chat about fund loss, they read my messages but never replied. now they don't even read my messages.
Edit: i got resolved and that was just a misunderstanding about AML and i got my money back.

I have been using oxapay for several months, I have not had any of these errors, there was a delay with a withdraw but they resolved it quickly via chat

there is a one blue fixed button on bottom right corner and when i click it. it redirect me into telegram.
i got a message from livechat on website. i think they are legit and hope they will fix the account.
