i gave him a chance even though i really did not need it anymore still he did want to "improve it" kept delaying it tomorrow became the day after and then just stopped responding all together. i dont want any more excuses i dont want a final version i dont want an improved version i think its very fair to ask for my money back. 1.5k usd let me know which crypto!
