Additional Information: i sent him sample 4k line  he asked how many lines i got total i replied him then we agreed price, after i sent him full data he told me that i am stealing other people dumps and he donthave anything to prove it   he saying he already got that data, and i dont understand if he already got that data isnt 4k line enough to check if really got data or not??? when i told him he has not any proof and and i open scam report he delete all chats that he proved he is really scammer
