How it works
・ Create a ticket: Buyer or Seller creates a ticket through our discord ticket system

・ Verification: we verify the terms of the exchange, discuss any mid-deal swaps, and finalize the transaction

・ Secure Funds: the buyer send the agreed upon amount to one of our secure wallets (in cryptocurrency)

・ Transfer of Goods: the seller delivers the goods/service to the buyer

・ Inspection & Release: once the buyer confirms that the goods/service is as agreed upon Coinux releases the funds to the seller.


Coinux fee's
・5% for all middleman deals

・$10 flat rate for deals $100 or under

・2% for coin swaps upon release of funds (paid by seller)

・$5 flat rate for coin swaps $250 or under (paid by seller)


Terms of service
・ We only hold funds in Cryptocurrency (BTC / LTC / ETH / USDT ERC20)

・ We hold the right to decline any middle man request if we feel the need

・ Seller must be able to accept the release of funds in through the coin that was sent to us

・ We are able to exchange coins upon releasing to seller with a added fee that is paid by the seller

・ Seller pays additional fee's such as: Exchange fee's, and Long-term holding fee's

・ Buyer must confirm product/service is complete before we release funds. If buyer fails to confirm the transaction is complete
 we start a Investigation where seller must provide proof of completion before we release funds. In the circumstances this happens we waive all additional holding fee's.

・ In the case of a scam we will hold funds until a Forum Deal Dispute is opened and resolved, we do not charge holding fee's for this situation.
This is to ensure that the Seller/Scammer is brought to forum attention and banned. If the Forum Deal Dispute is resolved by said Seller/Scammer we release funds to seller under the express permission from corresponding forum.

・ Coinux does not cover any transaction/netowork fee's

・ Middleman fee's are non-refundable
