Here is a brief summary of the proxy system in the program:

Proxy TESTER ----- Test which proxies are valid and save them.

Automatic rotation — proxies are stored in a list and distributed circularly on each request, without manual intervention

Ban detection — if a proxy accumulates 3 consecutive errors, it is automatically marked as 'banned' and skipped to the next rotations

Reset to success — if a proxy works correctly, the error counter resets to 0,  keeping it active in the list

Proxy is optional in this program. If you don't have proxies available, the scan works anyway — it's just that your IP is the one exposed to the scanned IPTV servers. It's best to use a VPN
