Limitation on how many Vouch copies you can take

Okay I see same people over over taking vouches for ebooks.... 

I went ahead and PM-ed some and they literally told me they didn't even test the methods.

They just told me they didn't test the methods & that's it, so uhm... Why would you vouch for something you didn't even test?

Soo basically, put some limitation on how many vouches can  a person take & take only if you really want that E-book & test it for god sake,
if you're lazy, don't even ask for it, please.

And the maybe another smaller suggestion would be to put some staff members to check E-books and approve them before they're putted for sales.

There are people who are just hunting vc's and they gib pre written reviews and rate as "11/10" first respect the maths and secondly there is already a rule that excessive vc hunting will result in ban although I dont know if its being implemented as maybe if staff is busy in some other stuff sometimes.

Even though only Godlike + can ask for VC, several other still ask for it as they get free paid stuff in return for a measly warning (and they dont care for it).

Checking ebook by staff may sound good in theory but even then no seller would like to disclose his method to any user for free, they are here to make :florain: .
So making stricter norms for selling public stuff can be considered and in case of suspicion an Admin only should be allowed to take a gander at the ebook and a public link of the said ebook should be made available to verify and crosscheck if the ebook is indeed public or not.

For increasing the quality of reviews, all VC's should be made mandatory to add some kind of proof, like as for accounts a sc of their details, for checker/config a video of checking and if they get a hit it would be great, for combos a simple anti public also would be great, for Ebooks, a proof of earning should be added and for that, VC's for ebooks should be given after a day of receiving so they can actually do something and show some proof of it.

Although for increasing the difficulty, you may consider to bring back vouches as requirement for Heaven + Godlike or maybe for Heaven alone. As people who are selling some stuff are more likely to better analyze any product and write a better review including all the pros and cons and requirement and limitation and stuff as that is the main purpose of Vouch Copy.

Not like "Vouch the seller, he is good guy"

Or Ebook - 11/10 must buy
Seller - 20/10
Grammar - 50/10
