I feel like I have to state a statement her aswell, as I am the new owner of this "company".
I have bought the whole thing at the 01/07/2020 for round about $300.
This inculded the discord server, ftp access to the web-server and the methods, which aren't working but thats another shoe.

Aight, so they had 3 orders open when I received everything. I told them that they can finish them up and that was what they promised, but the one founder left and AGrade replied sparely.
I can understand the stress, as the methods aren't working anymore, but it would be great to refund the 3 last orders from you.

Can you provide proof the methods did not work as I can 200% assure you the methods we used is the exact ones we handed over to you.

I myself provided the FTP Access to prefunds.net, Discord Ownership, the methods and help whenever you asked me for it on Discord.

How can you say the methods do not work?
I am more than happy to let a member of staff to test it out to prove.

You paid for exactly what you got except we said we would assist you 5 days but we did 3.

My business partner I was running it with deleted discord and fucked me over. Left me to deal with all the shit. I refunded my orders on my behalf. You can look inside the Prefunds Discord Chanel. (Also happy to provide proof to staff).

Additional Information: Here's some background info. I started a refund with them for a motherboard that I ordered from Umart. Then there was an announcement on discord that the place would be sold to some guys called Rick and Morty. I was assured the refund would be completed before the handover. Since then it's been a couple weeks and AGradePHP has not been responding, and the new owners say the refund methods given to then are bogus.

My Discord is not Frank. I did not deal with this client. My discord is AGradePHP. Therefore I cannot personally refund what I didnt get.

We even provided a .zip of our entire Prefunds directory which includes logos, signatures, websites, methods, client logs, chat logs, tricks, tips etc.

Can show you my last contact with him on discord. No we just decided to make prefunds together as he knew how to and I was a web dev. He went ghost.

He knows I'm very mad as it will fu** my rep up I told him. All of my orders I sorted before hand over. You can ask anyone in the group. So I am not a bad guy. My name is clean.
