a problem in report and shopping

Users here have a right to make reports and that's 'a must' feature.

For sure, some will abuse that feature and they will make false or irrational complaints, but that's when the staff here will use common sense and will deal with it.
Thing is, how to stop that abuse, or at least, make it happen less...well, the easiest way IMHO will be this:  staff will issue a warning against the user that made an irrational and stupid complaint.
It should encourage every member to think twice before making a report, and in the long term, it should take less work for the staff.

agreed. but admins see all things before giving final decisions...

they look both sides. but yeah you pointed a good thing here. hope there comes some solution for it

that is a negative point,next customers will check it and for them it doesn't matter to the opened report was a idiot report or no it was really a scam and.... , they just see and they think u are not trustable
