Supreme Usernames of Leechers should be readily available to upgraded members

Many upgraded are not able to change their username to the ones they desire because the previous holder was banned.

I believe in cases where a user was banned for leeching with stats as 0 Threads and 50 Posts should be made readily available to the upgraded members instead of the 6 months inactivity wait time.
I don't think the leechers with such stats ever upgrade and if they do, they can easily acquire a new account because there was nothing to lose in the first account.

Other alternatives and suggestions are always welcomed.
