Hey, I recently bought a guide/mentorship recently. I asked the seller a few questions regarding the ebook contents. Said everything is in there so I went on and bought it.
There was nothing I asked about about so I asked him myself, since 1-on-1 questions were part of it. He was unable to help me, replied with 1 single word that didn't mean sh*t.
Asked for a refund (it is allowed) because of the fact he: Failed to deliver promised product, 1-on-1 mentorship was complete BS with no valid responses at all. He would ghost me after, never replying to my messages.
I feel cheated, he's only trying to secure sales with no real value to it. Ebook covers only the sole basics with over 1/4 being different C# data types and guide on how to download VS.
Can I post this (with more evidence and info ofc) in Deal Disputes? It's borderline scam and false advertisment.
Thank y'all for your suggestions on how to approach this situation
THE SITUATION'S BEEN RESOLVED, THANKS Y'ALL
