yet not only a vpn ip is not logic since a vpn is a public service, multiple users would use the same ip, example is reg ip of @Professor which is the same as 53290 other users, which means he has a vpn
even if your openvpn protocol is connected to a private server, you are clearly a multi yet because of your ip matching the same of another user obv you're the one breaking the rules, btw stop editing your messages, it's obv that you're a liar
Or maybe i'm using a non usual Vpn with a location that is not common

This is obviously you, why would someone impersonate you ? you're a random one, telegram allow people to easilly change usernames as well, if you wanna back up the claims, user could simply check the ID of account he talked to
