You have 24hrs to either upgrade/fix his account(s), orrefund him for the reminder of the warranty(e.g. Your warranty is 20$/12 months 1.66666666667$ per account, he used your warranty for 3months(just an example), you have to refund him for 1.66666666667x9 per account). If you wish to refund him, please state when he has purchased accounts off you and how long his warranty runs for.
