Great idea imo.
Just a question though, by "1 week active" do you mean how long ago they registered their account or total online time. Because I myself don't even have 1 week total time online even though I contribute a decent amount here. Definitely think some form of this should be implemented though. I hate leechers and this seems like a great move to get rid of some of them.
